• Applications must be filled online carefully.
• No edits will be permitted after final submission of the application.
• After successful submission, candidates must log in using the username and password generated during registration.
• A recent passport-size photograph must be uploaded in the profile page.
The prescribed application fee must be paid online as follows:
• General / OBC Category: ₹3,000
• SC / ST Category: ₹1,500
• PwD Candidates: No application fee
• A duly filled and signed hard copy of the application, along with self-attested copies of all certificates and supporting documents, must be submitted within 30 days from the date of notification.
Applications may be:
• Submitted in person at the College Office, or
• Sent by Registered Post / Speed Post to the address given below:

• A valid proof of payment of the application fee must be enclosed with the hard copy of the application.
6. PwD Category
• Candidates applying under the PwD category must submit a copy of a valid medical certificate issued by a competent authority.
• The original certificate must be produced at the time of certificate verification.
• Candidates who have obtained their qualifying degree from universities other than the affiliating University must submit copies of the equivalency / eligibility certificate issued by the University concerned.
8. Refund Policy• The application fee once paid is non-refundable, irrespective of selection or rejection.
9. Document Arrangement
• The application and all supporting documents must be neatly arranged and tied together using twine.
• A numbered list of enclosures must be attached.
• All appointments are subject to the approval of the Government of Kerala and the affiliating University.
